Seuang River Experience, situated in Luang Prabang Province of Lao PDR, is a unique educational travel destination for schools, universities and volunteer-service groups.
Seuang River Experience goal is to fight poverty, preserve traditional cultures and conserve nature! We do this by creating tourism jobs in activities that raise awareness about our traditional cultures, environment and wildlife.
Seuang River Experience activities include eco-tourism (trekking, rafting, climbing, caving, kayaking, elephant riding); cultural exchange (silk weaving, basketry, dance, song, cooking, ethnic hill tribes) and service learning projects (school building, English teaching, village water supply, housing).
Seuang River Experience is a cooperative educational-tourism partnership comprising 12 villages and Buffalo Tours under the auspices of Luang Prabang Provincial Tourism Authority, Pak Xeng District Authority and international partnerships.
